You can take a 2 Hour combination of Foot reflexology & Regular Body Massage, it's a great way to pamper your hard-working feet & body,then take a 45 minutes session of Infrared Sauna, it is a mini getaway in our busy, stressful daily life.
Reflexology can also be a good treatment choice for people who want to keep their clothes on during a massage. It is also a good choice if you are pressed for time and don't want to get oil on your body or in your hair. You can just go back to work or go out immediately after the treatment.
